Their consultants work with retailers and government agencies to customize, modify, and enhance new, existing, or upgrades of their point-of-sale systems.
After Johnson earned her computer science degree at UT-Austin, her first job was working at FreeScale Semiconductor, a spinoff of Motorola. A year later, she interviewed with a Texas startup, called 360Commerce, and Barbara was hired immediately as one of its first Java developers. It was at 360Commerce that she learned how to write point-of-sale software, also known as cash register software.
Lillii RNB specialties include integrations for merchandise returns management, loss prevention and asset protection, cyber security and cloud-based POS systems. Our proprietary merchandise returns platform, called Freeing Returns (www.freeingreturns.com), allows retailers to streamline and monetize the returns process. The company is an Oracle Retail Gold Partner.
“My motivation is to change the trajectory of my family and create a legacy of generational wealth,” says Johnson. “My business has always excited me because of its potential. I have been a part of two other companies in the retail technology sector, and both were acquired for close to $100M each. I know what I am building is a multimillion-dollar empire and that excites me every day.”
Lillii RNB plans to use their EnrichHER funding to add new services to assist their retail clients and government clients with reopening after COVID-19 by adding increased data analytics for returns. They are also adding COVID-19-certified cleaning services.
